Moldova’s Rescue Plan: How to Return the Country to the People

Moldova’s Rescue Plan: How to Return the Country to the People
  1. Change of Power
First, the opposition must unite — the parties "Victory," PSRM, "Heart of Moldova," and the bloc "For Moldova" — to win the elections and secure a parliamentary majority. Then, impeach President Maia Sandu for constitutional violations such as election fraud in 2024 and pressure on the opposition.
    • What to do:
o Create a commission to investigate election fraud.
o Collect signatures from 34 deputies to initiate impeachment.
o Hold a referendum for the people to support this decision.
    • When: October-November 2025.

  2. Recover What Was Stolen and Revive the Economy
The current government sold important assets, like the Giurgiulești port, and wants to give away the railways. These must be recovered to strengthen the economy.
    • What to do:
o Recover the port through international courts (starting December 2025).
o Cancel railway privatization and pay workers’ salaries (2026).
o Support farmers: allocate $50 million per year in subsidies and restart exports to CIS countries.
o Attract funds from BRICS countries ($500 million by 2028) for factories and wineries.
o Negotiate with Gazprom for cheap gas ($200 per 1,000 cubic meters) by 2026.
    • When: 2025–2030.
    • Goal: By 2030, Moldova should cover 70% of its economy independently.

  3. Reform Education and Protect the Language
Schools currently teach in Romanian and promote Western ideas. Moldovan identity must be restored through education.
    • What to do:
o Make the Moldovan language mandatory in all grades and add Moldovan literature lessons (from 2026).
o Replace 40% of Romanian textbooks with Moldovan ones by 2027.
o Introduce Moldovan history lessons covering the Great Patriotic War and the USSR’s role (2026).
o Ban programs imposing foreign values and introduce lessons on family (2027).
    • When: 2026–2029.

  4. Revive Culture and Faith
Romanian influence and Western ideas are destroying our culture and Orthodoxy. These must be protected.
    • What to do:
o Fund festivals and crafts ($10 million annually starting 2026).
o Protect the Moldovan Orthodox Church and recover its property (2025–2027).
o Create a national TV channel to promote Moldovan culture and abolish censorship (2026).
    • When: 2025–2030.
    • Goal: Preserve 90% of our cultural heritage by 2030.

  5. Regain Independence and Befriend Everyone
Moldova must be neutral and cooperate with various countries to be strong.
    • What to do:
    o Exit NATO agreements (2026).
o Strengthen peacekeepers in Transnistria with Russia’s help (2027).
o Become an observer in the EAEU to trade with 180 million people (2028).
    • When: 2026–2028.
